Project Management Institute

DocuTech employs world-class project management principles by adherence to the Project Management Institute (PMI) methodologies. DocuTech’s certified Project Management Professionals (CAPMs & PMPs) insure that your project will be a success.

In order to become certified, Project Management Professionals must meet specific education and experience requirements, must pass a rigorous examination and must agree to a professional code of conduct. Continuing certification requirements must be met to remain certified, insuring that professionals stay current with new trends in the project management arena.

The Project Management Institute has been acknowledged as a pioneer in the project management field with nearly 40 years of involvement in this field. They have published a number of standards and manage several levels of project management certification. They are widely accepted with more than 200,000 members representing 125 countries.

Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO)

The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) established the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO) in 1999 to coordinate the development, promotion, and maintenance of an XML real estate finance specification. This standardized specification allows the mortgage industry to more easily share data among trading partners.

SAS 70

Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70: Service Organizations (SAS 70) is an auditing statement issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). SAS 70 is internationally recognized and enables an independent auditor to review a service provider’s controls and processes for safeguarding its customer’s data.
