We understand that you entrust us with your private information to help a bank, lender, mortgage broker or originator (we refer to all of these as "Lender") meet your needs. Rest assured that we protect your privacy. Under no circumstances will DocuTech sell or share any personal information about you to or with any person or organization except: as authorized by you to the Lender, or other parties involved in your transaction, or as may be required by law or court order. The Privacy Policy below describes the standards we adhere to in handling information about you and your loan request.

Who We Are

DocuTech develops, owns and maintains software only accessed by Mortgage Lenders that have entered into a written agreement with us. Lenders use these systems to enter personal information about their customers and obtain the appropriate documents on a mortgage transaction.

DocuTech does not collect any personal information about you unless you choose to provide that information to the Lender. If you are providing personal information to a Lender that is using DocuTech, the Lender may be required to have you sign a form of consent to such action. This is your permission for the Lender to start a mortgage loan process on your behalf.

Privacy Policy

Our primary goal is to aid Lenders in the collection of your personal information and then provide the appropriate loan documents to be signed by you, transmitting this information in a highly efficient and secure manner. We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided online in ways unrelated to the ones described above. Any personal information that can identify you is deleted from our database as determined by federal privacy law.

Except as otherwise expressly discussed in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information collected from you to use on our software. To the extent that you disclose your information to other parties on sites throughout the Internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the personal information you disclose to them. DocuTech does not control the privacy policies of third parties. You are subject to the privacy customs and policies of those third parties. We encourage you to ask questions or check their privacy policy before you disclose your personal information to others.

Our Commitment To Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall, encryption and password protection systems to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. However, there is no such thing as perfect security on the Internet.

We may use a small text file called "cookie" in the browser files of the Lender’s computer to guide our users through our applications. The cookie itself does not contain any Personal Information although it will enable us to relate the use of this site by the Dealer to the information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. Cookies are harmless to your Dealer’s computer.
