Attach Additional Docs In ConformX
Did you know that ConformX not only delivers the documents it generates, it also allows you to attach additional documents to the package and send them together to the settlement agent? Sending non-encrypted documents as Email attachments is very unsafe. Hackers could access those documents and obtain critical borrower information. By attaching your documents to the ConformX secure delivery, you will prevent any unauthorized access to the mortgage documents.
Refer to the example below to see how it works.
- Simply click on the "Browse" button, find the file you wish to attach and ConformX will add it to the list.
- Click on the "More Attachments" button to add more than one.
- Next click the "Send" button and your documents will be added to the document package and use our Secure Web Post functionality.
