Capture Customer Profile
Your sales representative or account manager will work with you to better understand the way you do business. This information will be used to configure HCL/PredCheck options based on your business needs.
Default Fee Matrix Review
A key factor in high cost loan testing is determining which fees should be included and which fees should be excluded based on the way that you do business. The Default Fee Matrix documents which fees will be included and excluded for each jurisdiction and the FNMA 5% test. Customers will often use the default fees matrix but may make adjustments if necessary.
Interthinx Training
After reviewing the default fee matrix you are ready to be trained on the HCL/PredCheck product. You will be trained by an Interthinx training specialist. Free training will be provided for all who use the product. This live training lasts 30-40 minutes and results in confident use of the product.
Configure Product Options
Just like our other DocuTech products, HCL/PredCheck is designed to be flexible based on your needs. Configuration options include:
- When to run the HCL/PredCheck product
- What requirements must be met before printing documents
- What tests to run
- Whether to allow administrative override or not
Your options are configured in a matter of minutes.
HCL/PredCheck Enabled
With your training completed and your product configured to your needs you're ready to begin using the product. This functionality is enabled as soon as you're ready.
Review Results With Interthinx Expert
Your confidence is complete by reviewing your first tests with an Interthinx expert. An Interthinx expert will review the results with you explaining the scoring results and allowing you to ask any additional questions.
