2009 in Review |

2009 was a challenging, yet, a very good year for DocuTech. First we
would like to thank all our clients, partners, and employees for the
many accomplishments we achieved this year. We have met and exceeded
many of our goals. We take our clients feedback to heart and hope you
feel you have received the kind of service you expect.

The third page of the HUD-1/A Settlement Statement ("HUD") contains the comparisons of fees disclosed on the GFE and the HUD and a restatement of the loan terms which were first disclosed on page one of the GFE. The most important sections on this page are those that deal with the new tolerance levels for fees.
As we have reviewed in previous articles all of the fees will be
contained in one of three different RESPA categories. The first
category is the zero tolerance category or those fees that cannot
